Brent is the birthday boy!

Brent turned 25 on September 17th and we celebrated at our favorite mexican restaurant in KC, Chapalas! Chapalas is filled with bright colors, delicious margaritas, authentic queso and the loudest birthday whistle you can imagine.  (My dad and brent literally jumped out of their seats.)

We are on our moon!

 Normally I wont be posting every day, but so many exciting events have been taking place for us and I want to get everyone caught up!  I recently started a new job at Kansas University Medical Center and I love it! But seeing as how I am new, I do not have much time off built up and was convinced that we wouldn't be able to take a honeymoon.  My wonderful fiance (at the time) had a great surprise in store for me!  The morning after the wedding Brent and I left for a "mini moon" to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and it was GREAT! The weather was perfect and the water was warm enough to catch some waves.

Welcome to our blog! This is our first post so bare with us.  The past two years has been very exciting for Brent and I.  We met, got engaged and were married barely three weeks ago! We figure that our lives will only get more exciting so this would be the perfect way to keep our family and friends up to date.
